Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.

Reduced Fees

If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have a limited sliding scale or I can connect you with another therapist to serve your needs.

Rates

This will be discussed during the initial appointment. A session is approximately 45 minutes.

Insurance

I am in network with a few insurances. Please call your insurance provider to determine your copays and coverage benefits.

I am currently working with these insurances: Aetna, Cigna, NYSHIP, United Health Care/Optum.

I also take self-pay if you choose not to use insurance.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Late cancellations/no shows will be charged.

Payment

Cash or Credit Card accepted for payment at the time of service. A credit card is required on file for services to be rendered.

Good Faith Estimate/No Surprises Act

You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate on care costs.

If you do not have insurance or are not using your insurance, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Healthcare providers are required to offer self-pay clients and clients who elect to not use insurance an estimate of the bill for scheduled medical items and services.
